2. Upon receiving an enquiry, we will start working towards sourcing the same, from our Spinners, who are established Yarn producers and have been in the business of producing yarns for decades.
3. As a matter of policy, we refrain seeking offers from Traders, so as to maintain consistency in supply of yarn, over a long period of time.
4. We will submit the best offers against each enquiry, by detailing the pros and cons of each offer.
5. We will share insights on each company, whose offers are being submitted, so as to facilitate rational decision making.
6. We shall submit detailed technical specifications for each yarn, while submitting offers, so as to help you assess each offer.
7. It will be our earnest endeavour to submit, competitive offers, against your specific requirements, within 24-48 hours of receiving your enquiry.
8. While submitting detailed offers, we shall specify the Lead time, Payment terms, Mode of packing, Stowability, Package weight etc., so to submit a comprehensive offer for your evaluation.
9. We will visit our Spinners from time to time, or as and when it is required to meet personally for serious issues like Customer Complaints or Feedback.
10. We will always strive to be your partner in your absence, and keep your interests, top most while seeking and evaluating business offers.
